Podcast launch expectations vs. reality

Finally launching your podcast is super exciting! But something I unfortunately have seen happen time and time again is that peeps get quickly disappointed when their launch or the couple of months after don’t reach their mile-high goals. Don’t get me wrong – I’m all about having big goals and launching with a bang – it’s what I give you strategies to achieve! But the thing I care about more is you not getting discouraged if the reality of your podcast launch doesn’t match your expectations. Why? Well, that’s what today’s episode is all about.
