About Rena Pacheco-Theard
Rena Pacheco-Theard is the CEO and Co-Founder of Prepify, a free college prep website and mobile app to help talented, underrepresented high schoolers go to top colleges. She worked previously as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, assisting public sector agencies, and as an international development researcher and advocate at the Center for Global Development and the ONE Campaign. She also co-founded a youth outreach non-profit, City FC (Football Club), combining soccer and academics for DC public high school students. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
